Hello everyone!

Thanks to those of you who participated in last year's GIPAW Annual Conference, you truly made it a great success! The 2010 GIPAW Annual Conference is scheduled for May 19th, 20th, and 21st. The Vendor Show, a highlight of the annual conference, is scheduled for May 19th and 20th.

Hopefully, many of you are interested in participating in the Vendor Show at this year's annual conference. Details regarding the vendor show are included in the attached vendor letter. If you are interested in participating, the vendor registration form is also attached. 

In keeping with the GIPAW tradition of moving the annual conference around the state, we are in Wisconsin Rapids this year at the Hotel Mead and Conference Center. GIPAW has arranged for special guest room rates of $70 for a single occupancy and $97 for double or more occupancy per night at the Hotel Mead. A variety of rooms are available. Vendors are responsible for room reservations and fees. When requesting reservations, make sure to mention the GIPAW conference and dates. Contact the Hotel Mead toll free at 800 843-6323.
